Mardy bum

I see your frown and it's like looking down the barrel of a gun
And it goes off
And out come all these words
Oh there's a very pleasant side to you, a side I much prefer
It's one that laughs and jokes around
Remember cuddles in the kitchen, yeah, to get things off the ground
And it was up, up and away
Oh, but it's right hard to remember that, on a day like today
When you're all argumentative
And you've got the face on

Oh I'm in trouble again, aren't I?
I thought as much
Cause you turned over there
Pulling that silent disappointment face
The one that I can't bare

HELLO EVERYONE. I missed you, blogger.

I feel that when I'm offline, everyone's online. And when I'm online, everyone's offline. I feel. I don't mean everyone, anyway. Just most people.

Anyway, Poveda's so fun. The girls are really nice and lambing.

Kat, come already :>

I feel so

I'm back from goneness. Did you miss me?

We went to the beach yesterday just to see my Lola's inherited land. We had to go through the bushes (thorny ones, mind you), twigs, long grasses and a whole lot of cow poop just to get a look around the two hectares (more or less) of bushes (thorny ones, mind you), twigs, long grasses and a whole lot of cow poop.

After the hike, we went to the water. On the way there we walked through this narrow, empty canal with passages from the sides. There was this house on the left with many scary dogs. Jeremy was in front of me and Michael was behind. Jeremy threw a stick at the dog and it ran really fast towards us. Jeremy and I ran and Michael was forced to run as well. I superly didn't know that I was supposed to stay still! LIKE C'MON IT'S A REFLEX. I do not like dogs that haven't been vaccinated.

Anyway, sorry Michael. You could've been bitten.

GRR

My parents are going to Singapore and then Bangkok. Because they have miles. Well, lucky them, eh?

I'm kinda excited about tomorrow. When I tried on my blouse, the only button came off. I've removed the nail polish, trimmed my nails and now they look so cute and stubby. I've prepared my stuff and even my hair band. I'm pretty much ready for school except being the one. The one, the one, the one. Maybe it's okay to be the one. Still, I don't want to be the one!

I went Blogthings-ing.

You Are an Okay Student

You know how to get by school, but your heart isn't always in it.

Motivation is a problem for you. Maybe you need to study something more exciting!

Are You a Good Student?
HA!

You Are Fish

You have a well formed palate and a daring appetite. If it's served to you, you'll at least try it.

People are pretty scared of your exotic ways. But once they get a taste of you, they're addicted!

What Kind of Meat Are You?
LOLOL

What Your Hands Say About You

You are logical, analytical, and rational. You have good verbal skills.

Idealistic and dreamy, you tend toward the impractical. You have a knack for getting yourself in sticky situations.

Consistent and reliable, you like to count on structure and routine in your life.

Your emotions tend to be well though out. You're willing to wait out a bad situation, and you're never too quick to act.
What Do Your Hands Say About You?

Your Pickup Line Is

Do you have a map? Cos honey - I just keep gettin lost in your eyes.
The Magical Pick Up Line Generator

You Are a Fortune Cookie

You're a rather normal person, except that you have extraordinary luck in life.
People want to be around you (even when they're a little sick of you), in hopes of being lucky too!
What Kind of Cookie Are You?
I DON'T WANT TO BE A FORTUNE COOKIE PLEASE.

What Your Peanut Butter And Jelly Sandwich Means

Your eating style is reserved. You are a bit of a fussy eater, and you have very specific ways you like your food prepared.

You have an average sweet tooth. While you enjoy desserts, they aren't exactly your downfall.

Your taste in food tends to be conservative and traditional. It's likely that you prefer "All American" favorites like mac and cheese or hamburgers.

Admit it, you're a little trashy and low class at times. You're definitely more comfortable at a tattoo parlor than the theater.

You are a tough person who isn't afraid to live life fully. There isn't a lot that scares you.

You are laid back and extremely easygoing. You never make a fuss, and you try to enjoy every moment.
What Does Your Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich Say About You?
Ha. Ha.

Your Love Life is Like The Princess Bride

"Since the invention of the kiss, there have only been five kisses that were rated the most passionate, the most pure. This one left them all behind."

For you, love is like a fairy tale - albeit a fairly twisted one.
You believe romance is all about loyalty, fate, and a good big of goofy fun.

Your love style: Idealistic yet quirky

Your Hollywood Ending Will Be: Perfectly romantic
What Movie Is Your Love Life Like?
Never seen that movie but gee, omg.

You Are the Middle Finger

A bit fragile and dependent on your friends, you're not nearly as hostile as you seem.
You are balanced, easy to get along with, and quite serious.
However, you can get angry and fed up with those around you. And you aren't afraid to show it!

You get along well with: The Index Finger

Stay away from: The Pinky
What Finger Are You?

LOL! This is for working people. The results are funnyyyy.

You Communicate Like a Woman

You empathize, talk things out, and express your emotions freely.
You're a good listener, and you're non-judgmental with your advice.
Communication is how you connect with people.
You're always up for a long talk, no matter how difficult the subject matter is.
Do You Communicate Like a Man or a Woman?
:D

Eghhdsdsdsd. I wanna go to Singapore too.

One last thing:

Dirty dancefloors and dreams of naughtiness says:

I forgot to mention in my list: Clean off black nail polish.

Right now, I am browsing t-shirts in Threadless. A size S shirt costs USD10.

And so far, what I like from what I've seen:

Replacing you

As my holidays are close to ending, I notice myself getting, er, wider. I tell myself not to worry about this because as I said, holidays are ending. I should be able to get exercise soon enough.

Things I have to do just before classes:
  1. buy black, white and yellow hair bands
  2. try on my uniform one last time in front of the mirror
  3. decide which bag to use during orientation
  4. start sleeping earlier
  5. arrange my breakfast chart
  6. buy a prepaid card
  7. get over the fact that I might be the one

I didn't do much today, just went to Pricesmart. We saw:

The Fuji apples

the chicken wings

the new face of Koko Krunch. I swear, Koko looks like a monster. Isn't he a koala bear?

the pop tarts (missed them)

the Barbie dolls - I kinda wanna play with one

the Raisinets

Haha, ladies' hidden bralette

and this is Jeremy, all happy

I'm yooours (by Jason Mraz, not Patricia)

Orientation was pretty much enjoyed since I got to see a few of my friends from Spanish class. We ate ensaymada and complained about the lack of incoming students this year. There are only four sections in each level (pretty unusual here since there are about 7-8 in each level in other schools) and 7 incoming students each for both freshie and sophomore years. So one girl from each level will be alone! Ahhh. Hope is the only thing I can do.

There were many Powerpoint presentations on Clubs & Societies, Guidance Counseling, Outreach programs and other stuff. When it came to Guidance Counseling, my mom tapped my shoulder from behind and asked if I remembered Madam Chia. (shudders) hated her.

So after the Orientation, my parents and I went to Galleria, which is just across Poveda, to have lunch.

Then I met up with Michael in Town. His good friend since how many years back was there too. Emerson, right? I don't know if I got the spelling right but it's right on Firefox. Well, Emerson and his brother were there too. They are nice boys. We watched the Pirates of the Caribbean 3. I was kinda confused halfway through the movie but stuff kinda fell into place soon after. The movie ended at 6:30 pm.

I skipped dinner because of that very big bag of cheese popcorn.

I met up with my family in Delifrance where they had dinner and after that we went to watch Mr. Bean's Holiday. Yeah, it's done showing in Singapore and later here. Since my sister and I watched the movie in Lance's house, we pretty much knew everything in the movie.

I caught the trailers! Too many awesome movies to come like Bourne Ultimatum or Evan Almighty (haha) and yeah, Transformers. Bee Movie looks kinda cute.

I realized that this is the first time in a long time I explained my day in more detail.

So good night :)
